What you will do

• Directly manage, coach, and motivate a team of 8-12 Sales Development Representatives.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors, VPs, and Marketing to align SDR activities with regional business needs.
• Conduct weekly forecast reviews and quarterly progress sessions to ensure team performance.
• Manage productivity, opportunity funnels, and quality standards for the sales team.
• Lead recruiting, staffing, and training initiatives to maintain a high-performing sales organization.
• Provide ongoing feedback on sales techniques, personal development, and strategic focus.

Requirements

• Must be based in London and able to work from the office.
• 2-3 years of experience mentoring or leading an SDR team in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Extensive experience in cold calling, personalized outreach, and creative prospecting tactics.
• Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Outreach.
• Demonstrated success in forecasting, territory planning, and account mapping.
• Strong leadership skills with a resilient, results-oriented, and coachable mindset.
