What you will do

• Administer and optimize macOS and iOS configuration profiles, policies, smart groups, and security controls.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows and mobile endpoints, including Autopilot provisioning and compliance policies.
• Implement and maintain zero-touch automated deployment workflows using Apple Business Manager and Windows Autopilot.
• Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using Bash, PowerShell, or Python to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with security and identity teams to integrate MDM tooling with Entra ID/Azure AD and endpoint security tools.
• Act as the regional focal point and escalation point for design and implementation decisions for the Americas region.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in endpoint management or systems administration in mid- to large-scale environments.
• Hands-on administration experience with macOS (profiles, policies, scripts, and patch management).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager and Windows Autopilot.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts, device lifecycle, and core networking/security (DNS, DHCP, VPN, certificates).
• Experience with identity platforms such as Entra ID/Azure AD.
