TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Germany). Must be based in Germany and able to work from the Berlin office 4+ days per month

hirify.global is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform providing digital access to capital markets via a single API for FinTechs, banks, and wealth managers.

What you will do

  • Manage the full employee onboarding and offboarding process, including device provisioning and role-based account access.
  • Oversee the complete hardware lifecycle, including ordering, enrollment, repairs, and inventory tracking.
  • Administer and optimize core workplace systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian.
  • Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting to resolve technical blockers for employees.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and ICT Risk teams to execute access management and device compliance controls.
  • Document and automate repetitive IT workflows to improve service quality and operational scalability.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in Workplace IT, Internal IT, or IT Operations.
  • Experience with Apple/macOS device management tools such as Jamf, Kandji, or JumpCloud.
  • Proven track record in hardware provisioning and employee lifecycle support.
  • Administrative experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian.
  • Ability to work effectively within a lean, startup-like organizational structure.
  • Must be based in Germany and able to visit the Berlin office at least 4 days per month
