What you will do
- Manage the full employee onboarding and offboarding process, including device provisioning and role-based account access.
- Oversee the complete hardware lifecycle, including ordering, enrollment, repairs, and inventory tracking.
- Administer and optimize core workplace systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian.
- Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting to resolve technical blockers for employees.
- Collaborate with Compliance and ICT Risk teams to execute access management and device compliance controls.
- Document and automate repetitive IT workflows to improve service quality and operational scalability.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Workplace IT, Internal IT, or IT Operations.
- Experience with Apple/macOS device management tools such as Jamf, Kandji, or JumpCloud.
- Proven track record in hardware provisioning and employee lifecycle support.
- Administrative experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian.
- Ability to work effectively within a lean, startup-like organizational structure.
- Must be based in Germany and able to visit the Berlin office at least 4 days per month
