What you will do

• Perform audio and copy typing for letters, memos, emails, and legal documents.
• Prepare court documents and briefs while managing key dates.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of solicitors.
• Maintain accurate records, contacts, and joint diaries.
• Provide general administrative support including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards in all documentation and processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in audio and copy typing.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Experience with case management systems.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks for solicitors.
• Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
