What you will do

  • Manage a full caseload of employment rights matters, providing expert advice and representation.
  • Navigate Employment Tribunal (ET) and Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) rules, evidence, and litigation processes.
  • Evaluate the likelihood of success and calculate the value of ET claims and special damages.
  • Perform high-quality legal drafting and advocacy for clients.
  • Organize and manage case files efficiently using electronic case management systems.
  • Provide informal guidance to junior staff members when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ experience handling a full caseload, including direct client contact and litigation.
  • Strong demonstrated understanding of employment rights laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to work accurately within tight timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in London.
