What you will do
- Manage a full caseload of employment rights matters, providing expert advice and representation.
- Navigate Employment Tribunal (ET) and Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) rules, evidence, and litigation processes.
- Evaluate the likelihood of success and calculate the value of ET claims and special damages.
- Perform high-quality legal drafting and advocacy for clients.
- Organize and manage case files efficiently using electronic case management systems.
- Provide informal guidance to junior staff members when required.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience handling a full caseload, including direct client contact and litigation.
- Strong demonstrated understanding of employment rights laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to work accurately within tight timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in London.
