What you will do

• Own and evolve the product vision and strategy for Neighborhood Keeper, a collective defense platform for anonymized xOT threat intelligence.
• Translate feedback from participants and government partners into a clear quarter-over-quarter product roadmap.
• Drive the development of core capabilities, including anonymized telemetry query federation and Knowledge Pack distribution.
• Define and evolve the platform's privacy and anonymization architecture in partnership with Engineering and Legal.
• Manage the Trusted Advisor program, enabling agencies like NSA and CISA to publish threat intelligence while preserving anonymity.
• Measure and optimize product KPIs, including participant growth, engagement, and alert effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise security, threat intelligence, or community-effect platforms.
• Strong understanding of xOT threat landscapes, including OT, ICS, and industrial IoT across critical infrastructure sectors.
• Familiarity with information sharing frameworks (ISACs, CISA, NSA) and NERC CIP requirements.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data models, and federated query systems.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience building products for small, under-resourced organizations like municipalities or public utilities.
• Knowledge of privacy-preserving technologies and federated analytics.
• Direct experience working within OT environments on the customer or product side.
