What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmaps for internal IT systems and services.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify solution needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from definition and planning through production and release.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, security operations, and risk teams to ensure secure releases.
• Manage strategic partnerships and contract renewals with external software vendors.
• Develop compliant data management strategies and utilize SQL for data analysis and system behavior monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of experience in program/product management and business systems implementation.
• Experience managing product life cycles across IT-owned systems and services.
• Proven ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions and manage backlogs.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling to analyze system performance.
