TL;DR

EMEA Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Driving new business growth and managing upsell/cross-sell opportunities across the EMEA customer base with an accent on channel partner collaboration and strategic territory mapping. Focus on restoring revenue growth, refining high-velocity sales processes, and maximizing customer value.

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (onsite 1 day per week)

What you will do

  • Build new business and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.
  • Collaborate with Channel partners, Product Specialists, and Business Development Representatives.
  • Refine sales processes to achieve fiscal year targets and restore revenue growth.
  • Manage territory strategically through account mapping and the use of sales dashboards.
  • Enhance partner motions and ensure continuous value creation for customers.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a high-velocity, quota-carrying sales role.
  • Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to forecast consistently and accurately.
  • Experience owning and managing a territory with a strategic approach to account mapping.
  • Solid understanding of partner and channel programs.
  • Ability to utilize sales dashboards and reports for efficient territory management.
  • Must be based in Dublin, Ireland, to support a hybrid work model (1 day per week onsite).

Nice to have

  • Ability to travel to partner or company events.
  • Experience customizing CRM reports for territory data.
  • Previous experience with Clari forecasting tool.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in a sales workflow for research and prospecting.
