Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (onsite 1 day per week)

What you will do
- Build new business and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.
- Collaborate with Channel partners, Product Specialists, and Business Development Representatives.
- Refine sales processes to achieve fiscal year targets and restore revenue growth.
- Manage territory strategically through account mapping and the use of sales dashboards.
- Enhance partner motions and ensure continuous value creation for customers.
Requirements
- Proven success in a high-velocity, quota-carrying sales role.
- Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to forecast consistently and accurately.
- Experience owning and managing a territory with a strategic approach to account mapping.
- Solid understanding of partner and channel programs.
- Ability to utilize sales dashboards and reports for efficient territory management.
- Must be based in Dublin, Ireland, to support a hybrid work model (1 day per week onsite).
Nice to have
- Ability to travel to partner or company events.
- Experience customizing CRM reports for territory data.
- Previous experience with Clari forecasting tool.
- Experience leveraging AI tools in a sales workflow for research and prospecting.
