What you will do

  • Manage revenue forecasting and reporting, tracking target attainment, pipeline movement, and revenue realization.
  • Conduct first-level deal reviews for new, upsell, renewal, and churn cases to ensure pricing and contract compliance.
  • Drive Salesforce data hygiene through cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable reporting output.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to resolve deal blockers and ensure contract readiness.
  • Implement AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency in data validation, documentation, and process optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Business Intelligence.
  • Experience in SaaS, subscription-based business, or B2B enterprise technology.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM data, dashboards) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of revenue metrics including MRR and ACV.
  • English: Business proficiency required.
  • Location: Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan.

Nice to have

  • Experience building Sales Ops SOPs and approval workflows.
  • Experience supporting multi-region sales teams or global revenue processes.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification.
  • Capability in Japanese or Korean languages.
