What you will do

  • Manage inbound lead flow and execute strategic outbound prospecting initiatives.
  • Execute targeted campaigns to identify new contacts, establish need, and arrange product introductions.
  • Partner with the Sales team to build and maintain a high-quality pipeline.
  • Nurture deals and act as a brand ambassador and advocate for the company.
  • Arrange discovery calls and qualified product demonstrations for Field Sales and Pre-Sales teams.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker
  • Strong communication, listening, and writing skills.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and thriving in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Ability to analyse industry trends and craft relevant messaging.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience with outbound lead generation in a B2B environment.
  • Previous experience in the tech industry, tele-marketing, or sales development.
