Technical Product Owner (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews while maintaining a healthy backlog.
• Maintain and communicate the team roadmap to stakeholders across the organization, ensuring visibility of progress and dependencies.
• Manage stakeholder intake by triaging requests and protecting the engineering teams from ad-hoc interruptions.
• Track delivery and surface risks early, flagging blockers and cross-team conflicts to the Engineering Manager.
• Support transitional access management operations, including provisioning and permission reviews.
• Assist the Engineering Manager with cross-functional communication and status reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Technical Product Owner, ideally supporting platform or security teams.
• Strong agile facilitation skills and experience managing backlogs without micromanagement.
• Conversational familiarity with cloud and platform concepts such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Must be based within commuting distance of Amsterdam.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in regulated environments like healthcare or fintech.
• Familiarity with identity concepts and tooling such as Azure AD, IAM, and SSO.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM).
