What you will do

• Define product vision and strategy for construction-focused hardware, aligning development with market needs and ROI.
• Develop detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for rugged environments, safety standards, and operational constraints.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software engineering teams.
• Oversee hardware development lifecycles from concept through prototyping, manufacturing, and deployment.
• Manage supply chain activities, including BOM optimization, component sourcing, and cost control.
• Drive go-to-market planning and technical enablement for sales and field teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany
• 3+ years of experience in Hardware Product Management or similar leadership in industrial, construction, or IoT environments.
• Solid understanding of hardware development lifecycles from ideation to manufacturing.
• Proven experience collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
• Ability to translate field-level customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with video technologies, surveillance systems, or camera-based monitoring solutions.
• Familiarity with IoT systems or telemetry solutions.
• Degree in Engineering, Product Management, or a related technical discipline.
