What you will do

• Own and evolve core observability workflows, including alerting, APM, and investigation tools.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from problem discovery and user research to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Engage with customers and power users to validate decisions and prioritize the roadmap.
• Optimize onboarding journeys to reduce time-to-value for new customers.
• Analyze user behavior and market trends to inform strategic product direction.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• 5–8+ years of product management experience scaling B2B software products.
• Strong technical aptitude regarding APIs, data architectures, and engineering workflows.
• Proven track record of building product-led experiences with a focus on usability.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives independently in a remote-first environment.
• Experience in observability, monitoring, logging, or developer tools is highly valued.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, Kafka, or ClickHouse.
• Previous experience in a Series B or later-stage startup environment.
