What you will do
- Own and drive the roadmap for payment solutions within the passenger processing and airport ecosystem.
- Define product vision, strategy, and value proposition aligned with Platform and Ecosystem goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to deliver secure and resilient payment capabilities.
- Engage with airlines, airports, and fintech partners (PSPs, acquirers) to shape product direction.
- Ensure strict compliance with payment regulations and standards, including PCI DSS.
- Monitor product performance and adoption to drive continuous optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Lead.
- Proven track record of delivering digital/platform products in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise B2B customers, preferably in aviation, travel, or payments.
- Experience launching payment solutions such as orchestration, tokenization, or settlement platforms.
- Deep understanding of regulated environments (PCI DSS, PSD2).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Background in air transport or mission-critical aviation IT systems.
- Experience with DCS, airport systems, or financial gateways.
- Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, APM, or payment-related certifications.
