What you will do

• Monitor and deep-dive into KPIs such as conversion, product views, and exit rates to translate insights into trading actions.
• Own and drive onsite conversion performance by identifying and removing friction points in the customer journey.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation for landing pages, navigation, product ranking, and promotional messaging.
• Develop and execute pricing and promotional strategies to support commercial performance across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Performance teams to align onsite activity with traffic-driving campaigns.
• Line manage and develop a team of two members.

Requirements

• Proven track record in international ecommerce, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable trading strategies.
• Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms and onsite merchandising tools.
• Experience running tests and experiments to improve onsite performance.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and influence decisions cross-functionally.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office at least 3 days a week.
