TL;DR
Account Manager Team Leader (SaaS): Leading a team of Account Managers to drive revenue growth through upsell, retention, and referrals within a dental SaaS platform with an accent on performance management and coaching. Focus on improving execution quality via the WIN Framework, optimizing team KPIs, and ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment with the Customer Success department.
Location: Hybrid in Milan, Italy (2-3 days per week in the office)
Salary: €40,000 + 15% bonus OTE

What you will do
- Coach and mentor the AM team using the Gong WIN Framework scorecard to improve selling and negotiation skills.
- Drive performance management through structured 1:1s, feedback loops, and time-bound growth plans.
- Own end-to-end team KPIs, including forecasting and portfolio prioritization to ensure commercial results.
- Coordinate with CSMs, Onboarding, and Support to ensure clean handoffs and a seamless customer journey.
Requirements
- Experience leading or mentoring sales, account management, or customer success teams in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of owning revenue KPIs such as expansion, retention, and NRR.
- Proficiency in value-based/consultative selling and objection handling.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and Gong call-coaching tools.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Must be based in or able to work from Milan, Italy.
