Senior Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: Rome, Italy. Requires travel to customer locations and field events, up to 30%–70%.

Base salary: €50,000–€125,000 per year, plus a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to define technical strategy for high-value enterprise accounts and support regional sales goals.
• Scope, design, and deliver custom technical Proofs of Concept and Proofs of Value.
• Present complex technical and business architectures to executive and technical stakeholders.
• Lead technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals while addressing technical objections.
• Collaborate with Product Management to communicate customer requirements and influence the software roadmap.
• Create reusable architectural assets and mentor associate Solutions Consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or client-facing professional services in enterprise software sales.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Technical fluency in enterprise application architecture, REST APIs, databases, SQL, integrations, cloud environments, or modern development languages.
• Experience delivering technical demonstrations, custom prototypes, POCs, or POVs, as well as conducting technical discovery and requirements analysis.
• Availability for 30%–70% travel to customer locations and field events.

Nice to have

• Experience designing architectures for regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, life sciences, or the public sector.
• Familiarity with production environments, application servers, web servers, AI-enabled automation, or case management frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
