TL;DR
Senior Commercial Strategy Analyst (FP&A/Unit Economics): Translating complex unit economics into growth levers for multi-channel commercial performance with an accent on driver-based financial modeling, scenario & sensitivity analysis, and AI-assisted data execution. Focus on building stress-test models, deconstructing LTV/CAC and cohort retention to guide capital allocation across geographies, and partnering with Marketing and Operations to turn roadmaps into headcount plans and Opex budgets.

What you will do
- Partner with brand leads to interrogate daily commercial performance and analyze marginal return on spend across multi-channel funnels.
- Maintain and scale driver-based financial models bridging high-level P&L targets with granular operational data.
- Automate reporting and accelerate forecasting using AI and automation (e.g., LLM-assisted data cleaning, Python scripts, and advanced ChatGPT workflows).
- Run unit economics deep-dives on LTV/CAC, payback periods, and cohort retention to advise capital allocation across geographies.
- Collaborate with the Data team to strengthen the “Source of Truth” and move from static sheets to real-time dashboards.
- Build scenario and sensitivity “stress-test” models to evaluate supply chain shifts, pricing elasticity, and new market entry variables.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in a high-intensity analytical environment.
- Strong FP&A and commercial finance foundation with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
- Experience supporting business performance in high-growth environments (e.g., D2C/B2C/consumer/subscription) is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial and customer metrics: CAC, LTV, retention/cohort analysis, and unit economics.
- Essential skills: expert-level Excel/Google Sheets plus proficiency (or strong desire to learn) in SQL, Python, and/or data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau).
- Ability to communicate insights clearly (e.g., turning complex data into an executive summary that drives action).
