What you will do
- Identify and execute new growth opportunities across customer segments, markets, and digital channels.
- Develop and validate financial models to guide pricing, demand forecasting, and performance optimization.
- Shape new product propositions and digital journeys by building compelling, data-backed business cases.
- Partner with Product, Pricing, Risk, Finance, and Digital teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights to improve operational outcomes and customer value.
- Present findings and influence stakeholders at all levels, including the Group Executive Committee.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Chester, Halifax, Leeds, or Manchester.
- Strong numerical and analytical background with a deep understanding of financial metrics and performance drivers.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, SAS, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, specifically GCP native tools.
- Proven ability to communicate complex insights and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
- Deep understanding of the external market environment, including competitor strategies and regulatory developments.
