What you will do

• Lead reporting for the Leadership Team across S&OP, Quarterly Reviews, and OKRs.
• Establish and implement actionable KPIs to capture the essence of complex business problems.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify underlying business drivers across the game portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including game teams, marketing, and strategy.
• Communicate findings and strategic implications clearly to senior executives.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts and data scientists to elevate analytical standards.

Requirements

• Solid experience in data analytics environments and comfort navigating SQL databases.
• Demonstrated ability to connect analytical insights to business outcomes and commercial impacts.
• Familiarity with experimentation methods such as A/B testing and causal inference.
• Proficiency with analytical tools including Excel, Python, or R.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize findings and present compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.
