What you will do

• Contribute to the development of a new global reinsurance pricing tool, including UI design and platform architecture.
• Implement actuarial methodologies consistent with reinsurance pricing approaches.
• Gather and respond to user feedback from pricing tool users, actuaries, and underwriters.
• Program new tool features and ensure platform reliability through rigorous testing and quality control.
• Provide BAU support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and creating user documentation.
• Support reinsurance pricing during renewal periods using internal pricing tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in actuarial analysis or reinsurance pricing.
• Proven experience in developing reinsurance pricing tools (programming, architecture, or UI design).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and VBA/Excel.
• University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, IT/data science, or a related technical field.
• Qualified actuary or actively working toward professional actuarial qualifications.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse global stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercially available (re)insurance pricing platforms.
• Interest and experience in leveraging AI for the development of high-quality applications.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices such as Git and unit testing.
