What you will do

• Support Rates & FX PMs with resourcing, capital allocation, and infrastructure requirements.
• Analyze desk P&L, risk, liquidity, and balance-sheet usage to enhance capital efficiency.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding and lifecycle of new Macro/Fixed Income PM teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards for KPIs and business metrics to present to regional management.
• Execute cross-functional projects across operations, treasury, compliance, and technology.
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and research synthesis.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in business management, COO, or product roles within buy-side or sell-side fixed income.
• Solid product knowledge across rates and FX cash & derivatives including swaps, futures, and options.
• Strong analytical toolkit with proficiency in Excel/VBA and preference for Python, SQL, or PowerBI.
• Familiarity with EMEA-specific regulatory frameworks such as FCA, DFSA, and ESMA.
• Experience with trading technologies including order & execution-management systems.
• Ability to negotiate commercial terms with banks, venues, and data providers.
