TL;DR

Location: Paris, France (Hybrid: a few days at home)

What you will do

  • Define and execute the multi-quarter GTM Operations roadmap and align it with commercial leadership.
  • Manage and develop a SalesOps analyst and interns to create a high-output team.
  • Own the HubSpot CRM architecture, including data quality, workflows, pipelines, and reporting.
  • Drive AI adoption across the GTM organization to improve prospecting, outreach, and forecasting.
  • Build a commercial intelligence layer with real-time dashboards for the VP Sales, VP Marketing, and CBO.
  • Optimize sales and account management processes, including lead routing, partner health scoring, and churn identification.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in SalesOps, GTM Operations, or Revenue Operations within B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Proven ability to set and execute a functional roadmap independently.
  • Experience advising and challenging VP-level or C-suite commercial stakeholders using data.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM architecture and workflow automation.
  • Strong AI fluency with experience deploying AI tools in a commercial context.
  • Advanced analytical skills in pipeline metrics and cohort analysis; SQL is a plus.
