What you will do
- Define and execute the multi-quarter GTM Operations roadmap and align it with commercial leadership.
- Manage and develop a SalesOps analyst and interns to create a high-output team.
- Own the HubSpot CRM architecture, including data quality, workflows, pipelines, and reporting.
- Drive AI adoption across the GTM organization to improve prospecting, outreach, and forecasting.
- Build a commercial intelligence layer with real-time dashboards for the VP Sales, VP Marketing, and CBO.
- Optimize sales and account management processes, including lead routing, partner health scoring, and churn identification.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in SalesOps, GTM Operations, or Revenue Operations within B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Proven ability to set and execute a functional roadmap independently.
- Experience advising and challenging VP-level or C-suite commercial stakeholders using data.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM architecture and workflow automation.
- Strong AI fluency with experience deploying AI tools in a commercial context.
- Advanced analytical skills in pipeline metrics and cohort analysis; SQL is a plus.
