What you will do

• Define data strategies, platform visions, and transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Design data governance frameworks, ownership models, and data management practices.
• Translate business priorities into prioritized portfolios of data & AI use cases with clear business cases.
• Lead the design of modern data foundations and platforms, such as data products.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including CDOs and CTOs.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to the development of the company's data & AI practice.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data strategy, data platform design, and consulting.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end data transformation initiatives from strategy to implementation.
• Deep understanding of modern data architectures, including data products and data vault.
• Expertise in data governance and data management frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leadership (CDO, CIO).
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• French language proficiency.
• CDMP (DAMA-DMBOK) certification.
