hirify.global is a global mobile game developer and publisher that utilizes its proprietary AI-powered hirify.global Lab to identify product-market fit and scale mass-market games.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on projects spanning multiple departments.
  • Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking in the mobile gaming sector to support executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate and drive operational projects that deliver measurable impact across the company.
  • Support strategic roll-outs and implement organizational improvements aligned with company objectives.
  • Build strategic materials and represent executives in internal and external communications.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Strategy, Finance, or related fields.
  • Must be based in Paris and available to work on-site.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and highly organized approach to work.

Nice to have

  • Prior internship or first professional experience in gaming, consulting, finance, or tech.
  • Proficiency in French.
