What you will do

• Act as the primary functional owner for Odoo and adjacent financial tooling.
• Manage finance-related master data to ensure consistency, quality, and traceability.
• Design and optimize financial workflows for Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, and controlling.
• Identify and automate manual or inconsistent processes to drive standardization.
• Define and enforce ownership, change processes, and controls for financial reference data.
• Support digitalization initiatives, system integrations, and upgrades in the finance domain.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo strongly preferred).
• Proven experience in financial systems, controlling, or finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of financial workflows across multiple disciplines.
• Advanced analytical skills for working with complex, multi-dimensional datasets.
• Ability to relocate to or reside in Germany, France, or Italy.

Nice to have

• Background in finance transformation, consulting, or systems implementation.
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or other high-reliability industries.
• Exposure to BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Metabase, or Tableau.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-country environments.
• Technical proficiency with SQL, data modeling, and at least one general-purpose programming language.
