What you will do

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of systems, tools, and procedures for private sector partnerships across the organisation.
• Provide data-driven insights and performance analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the CRM system (Cycles), managing reporting, analysis, and user support.
• Ensure strict compliance with GDPR, due diligence requirements, and internal NRC policies.
• Coordinate with Global Finance and country offices to monitor income, project implementation, and partnership performance.
• Manage a portfolio of private sector partnerships and lead fundraising campaigns and partner engagement activities.

Requirements

• Must be an internal NRC applicant.
• Proven experience in private sector partnerships, business operations, and CRM systems.
• Strong skills in compliance, reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in Norwegian and excellent English (C1+).
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable insights and drive process improvements.
• Must be based in Oslo, Norway.
