TL;DR

Sales Operations Business Partner (SaaS): Driving commercial excellence and operational efficiency through sales planning, process improvement, and M&A integration. Focus on optimizing the sales tech stack, managing data hygiene, and aligning cross-functional go-to-market strategies to support rapid organizational growth.

Location: Must be based in the EU with a valid EU/Schengen work permit. Hybrid role with office presence required in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Rotterdam, Oslo, Lisbon, Berlin, or Vantaa.

What you will do

  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, pipeline management, and budgeting processes.
  • Partner with sales management to identify process bottlenecks and lead improvement workstreams.
  • Manage M&A integration projects, including system and process migrations.
  • Maintain the Total Addressable Market (TAM) and support territory assignments.
  • Develop and maintain the sales tech stack, including CRM and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate training and enablement to drive tool adoption and GTM alignment.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the EU with a valid EU/Schengen work permit.
  • Proven experience in project management and leading process improvements.
  • Strong expertise in CRM (Salesforce) and BI tools (PowerBI).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across business lines.
