What you will do

• Design and implement well-tested data solutions to meet business requirements and maintain existing systems.
• Take ownership of creating, modifying, and monitoring automated processes for clients.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to clients, business analysts, and account managers.
• Lead a team of Data Analysts, managing goal setting, performance, and regular 1:1s.
• Coach and mentor analysts to build technical capability and analytical thinking with a focus on AI usage.
• Deliver consulting services to major blue-chip clients across Banking, Energy, and Telecommunications sectors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, and Python.
• Proven experience in coaching or team leadership.
• Understanding of data structures for analysis, marketing, and CRM.
• Fluency in English.
