Lead Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based in Sofia, Bulgaria

What you will do

• Produce, design, implement, and maintain well-tested data solutions that meet business requirements.
• Create, modify, and monitor automated processes for clients.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to clients, business analysts, sales executives, and account managers.
• Lead a team of Data Analysts through goal setting, performance management, and regular one-to-one meetings.
• Coach and mentor analysts in technical capability, analytical thinking, client engagement, automation, client satisfaction, and AI usage.
• Deliver data analysis, consulting services, and database development for FTSE 250 clients across banking, energy, and telecommunications.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, and Python.
• Experience with coaching or team leadership.
• Understanding of data, data structures, analytics, marketing, and CRM applications.
• Knowledge of relevant statistical and IT packages, with the ability to engage clients and build relationships.
• Fluent English is required.
