Junior Data Analyst (Finance Analytics team)

Location: Remote from Georgia, Armenia, Poland, Vietnam, or Bulgaria; working hours aligned with GMT+3.

What you will do

• Support the finance department with ad hoc data requests using SQL.
• Maintain and improve reporting and reconciliation scripts.
• Check data quality and explain analytical findings to stakeholders.
• Research unit economics and plan-vs-actual performance.
• Build dashboards and data marts.
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, marketing, and product teams.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a finance-related role; internships count.
• Confident SQL skills, including joins, window functions, CTEs, aggregations, and data quality checks.
• Experience with at least one BI tool, such as Tableau or Metabase.
• Good Excel skills, including lookup and array functions, pivot tables, and charts.
• Understanding of GMV, ARPU, margin, conversion, and revenue.
• English at B2 level or higher and ability to work in the GMT+3 time zone.

Nice to have

• Python for data analysis with pandas, numpy, plotly, seaborn, or matplotlib.
• Interest in P&L, cost structure, and unit economics, or a related degree.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools or agents to improve productivity.
