CRM Lifecycle Manager (Growth): Building and scaling the end-to-end lifecycle and CRM function for a high-growth recruitment platform with an accent on behavioral data, user activation, and personalized communication loops. Focus on designing complex onboarding journeys, implementing the technical stack, and driving growth metrics through constant experimentation and product-integrated messaging.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Own the entire lifecycle stack, from tool selection and implementation to segmentation and trigger design.
  • Design and optimize candidate onboarding journeys to accelerate time-to-value and improve retention.
  • Transform behavioral signals into personalized, high-impact communication journeys across email and in-product channels.
  • Build the reporting layer from scratch to make lifecycle performance and growth metrics legible to the company.
  • Drive reactivation strategies as a core metric to maximize user value throughout their journey.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate lifecycle messaging directly into the product experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building lifecycle or CRM functions from scratch in a consumer tech or software environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset focused on growth metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates rather than vanity marketing metrics.
  • Highly technical and commercial approach with the ability to pull data, spot trends, and build business cases independently.
  • Experience working in early-stage, fast-moving startup environments.
  • AI fluency with a demonstrated ability to use agents to execute tasks faster and more effectively.
  • Strong product instincts and the ability to advocate for product changes to improve user communication.
