UKI Marketing Controller (E-commerce & DTC) (FTC): Lead the development of the eCommerce business and digital growth across UK and Ireland, owning multichannel eCommerce strategy and the launch and optimization of a new DTC site with CRM and social commerce activation. Focus on digital acceleration, performance measurement across omnichannel retail, and driving brand growth with an insurgent-first operating model and GenAI-enabled community building.

What you will do

  • Lead multichannel eCommerce strategy for UK&I, building annual plans and reporting performance, opportunities, and next steps with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee digital strategy growth across omnichannel grocery retailers in the UK, improving key metrics with shopper marketing and KAMs.
  • Manage social and retail media investment, working with internal teams and agency partners to ensure digital spend is effective and measurable.
  • Own the launch and optimization of a new DTC site, CRM, and operating model, including merchandising, promotions, and subscriptions, and feed learnings back to the organization.
  • Drive digital transformation across brands via social platforms and GenAI to build engaged communities and drive sales online and offline.

Requirements

  • Hands-on DTC and CRM experience, preferably in categories such as cosmetics, supplements, or nutrition.
  • Strong understanding of the digital and eCommerce landscape, with experience in D2C and performance measurement.
  • Ability to use data and insights to drive continuous improvement using sales, promotions, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Financial fluency to read key sales and financial metrics and recommend corrective actions.
  • Experience managing someone before, or ability to coach and upskill a high-performing digital manager.
