TL;DR
TIP Program Specialist (Partnerships): Developing and growing the network of strategic technology partners across EMEA to strengthen the Axis ecosystem with an accent on partner recruitment, onboarding, and strategic alignment. Focus on driving joint business opportunities, managing the Axis Build program, and optimizing the partner experience through cross-functional collaboration.
Location: Preferred location: Ismaning (Germany), Rotterdam (Netherlands), Luton (UK), Paris (France), or Lund (Sweden).

What you will do
- Manage and develop strategic relationships with Technology Integration Partners across EMEA.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to complement the Axis solution portfolio.
- Drive joint business opportunities and revenue growth through partner collaborations.
- Lead the Axis Build program to support system integrators and end users in creating custom solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Training teams to improve the partner ecosystem.
- Track partner performance and activities using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Experience in partner management, sales, business development, or channel management.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to use AI tools and write effective prompts for productivity.
- Strong communication skills and experience delivering presentations or webinars.

- Additional European languages.
- Experience in IT, cloud solutions, or software ecosystems.
