SI Partner Manager (SaaS): Driving the growth of the Systems Integrator ecosystem in Germany by recruiting, onboarding, and managing mid-tier SI partners with an accent on displacing incumbent ITSM and CX platforms. Focus on building repeatable revenue streams through strategic partner-led delivery and commercial pipeline management.

Location: Hybrid (Berlin, 3 days in office) or remote from anywhere in Germany

What you will do

  • Identify, target, and sign mid-tier SI partners aligned with German ITSM and CX growth priorities.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from initial outreach and business case development to contract execution.
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans, target verticals, and co-sell motions with field teams.
  • Enable SI partner capabilities across sales, pre-sales, and delivery to ensure self-sufficient positioning.
  • Manage partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines, holding partners accountable to revenue commitments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product to create SI-specific content and campaign assets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in channel, alliances, or partner management within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of recruiting and activating SI partners, not just managing existing ones.
  • Strong understanding of mid-tier SI operations, including practice structures and P&L dynamics.
  • Experience in ITSM, EX, or CX categories; familiarity with the ServiceNow ecosystem is a strong advantage.
  • Native-level fluency in German.
  • Must possess the valid right to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

  • Existing network within the German mid-tier SI community (e.g., Capgemini, CGI, Unisys).
  • Experience building net-new SI practices from an early stage.
  • Background in solution or pre-sales providing technical credibility in delivery conversations.
