TL;DR

DACH Regional Sales Lead (Manufacturing): Driving ARR growth and regional expansion for an AI-native software platform with an accent on enterprise SaaS sales and complex multi-stakeholder deal execution. Focus on building the DACH sales organization, mentoring team members, and co-creating go-to-market strategies for the manufacturing sector.

Location: Must be based in Germany (Fully remote within Germany with optional access to the Munich office).

What you will do

  • Own and exceed ARR growth targets across the DACH region.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities with manufacturing customers.
  • Articulate the value of Tulip’s platform through tailored demos and presentations.
  • Partner with Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success to drive successful deal execution.
  • Hire, onboard, and mentor new sales team members as the region scales.
  • Develop and improve sales processes to support regional growth and GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Account Executive and Sales management roles.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment in SaaS sales.
  • Fluency in German and English (business level) is required.
  • Experience in value-based selling methodologies and Salesforce.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build processes from scratch.
  • Strong leadership ambition with experience in mentoring or informal team guidance.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling specifically into manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency with tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
