What you will do

  • Research accounts and create communication plans using multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, video, etc.).
  • Source and qualify opportunities to meet individual quotas and bring new clients to hirify.global.
  • Engage C-suite decision-makers on business goals, loyalty and promotions strategy, and marketing challenges/opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to schedule demos and move deals forward.
  • Work across industries in the UKI, Nordics & Benelux to expand expertise and impact.
  • Use sales and marketing tools (Salesforce, Gong, Crossbeam, Qualified Chatbot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to support outreach and qualification.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and confidence making cold calls in English.
  • Results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Ideally, prior experience in a similar sales role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to start meaningful conversations through multiple communication methods.
  • Ability to prioritize, research opportunities, and position products aligned with customer needs.
  • Motivation to meet KPIs and contribute to company growth.
