What you will do

• Facilitate workshops with scientific and technical stakeholders.
• Analyse and document As-Is and To-Be workflows across human genetics, GWAS, rare-disease genetics, bioinformatics pipelines, multi-omics, target prioritisation, translational biology, AI/ML research, and evidence integration.
• Gather and structure business, functional, and data requirements for technical teams.
• Define data flows, system integrations, and cross-workflow dependencies.
• Support capability assessments, platform evaluations, and operating model design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in life sciences, biotech, or computational research.
• Scientific background in life sciences, computational biology, bioinformatics, genetics, or a related discipline.
• Experience mapping scientific workflows and translating them into requirements for technical teams.
• Experience working with research data platforms, data integration, and scientific workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
• Excellent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Genestack, PlutoBio, or similar.
• Exposure to AI/ML, research data platforms, metadata governance, or FAIR principles.
