What you will do

• Co-facilitate diagnostic workshops to map operational processes and establish impact baselines.
• Lead AS-IS process mapping, documenting steps, owners, system handoffs, and failure points with engineering precision.
• Develop business cases and design AI agent blueprints, including data requirements and human touchpoints.
• Qualify leads and run hypothesis phases to score operational opportunity drivers by impact, feasibility, and speed.
• Manage delivery cadence through daily standups, weekly deep-dives, and biweekly steering sessions.
• Build and maintain standard templates for facilitation, mapping, and scoping.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in process consulting, operations, or business analysis with direct client exposure.
• Proven ability to transform complex operational processes into structured technical documentation.
• Experience facilitating structured interviews and workshops with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Daily, integrated use of AI tools (LLMs, generative AI) within professional workflows.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, early-stage environments.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with RPA or low-code/no-code tools (Make, Zapier, n8n).
• Practical understanding of AI agent integration into business workflows.
• Experience with enterprise systems like ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) or CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Databricks.
• Basic proficiency in Python or SQL.
