What you will do

• Perform business analysis activities throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Identify and clarify business needs, opportunities, and challenges with stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain clear, structured, and comprehensive documentation.
• Facilitate requirement validation sessions with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Continuously monitor changes and align solutions with business goals.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and support the BA knowledge base.

Requirements

• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT across multiple domains.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and requirement elicitation.
• Experience with functional and non-functional requirements documentation.
• Proficiency in visualization and modeling tools.
• Ability to manage change and perform gap analysis.
