What you will do

  • Advise customers on solutions and build strong relationships through excellent service.
  • Manage email sequences and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Identify and contact new leads through inbound channels via email and phone.
  • Conduct online platform demos to showcase product features and benefits.
  • Create and negotiate offers to successfully close deals.
  • Upsell to active customers by identifying additional value.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer pain points.
  • Comfortable using various technology platforms and tools.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience working with diverse companies and industries.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Dutch is welcomed for the application process.
