What you will do
- Plan and distribute workload across the team based on individual capabilities to ensure timely and profitable case completion.
- Provide technical support and supervision to enable team members' professional progression.
- Maintain a small caseload of mixed disease cases while driving quality of delivery and compliance with benchmarks.
- Act as the primary contact for client complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Implement process updates and projects to improve operating practices.
- Ensure full compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations.
Requirements
- Experience in handling disease claims with a handling authority of £100k.
- Deep technical knowledge of Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) claims.
- Proficiency in all stages of pre-litigation and litigation processes for disease claims.
- Must hold British Citizenship due to national security requirements.
- Prior experience leading a team or project in the insurance or legal sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Case/Claims Management systems.
