What you will do

• Develop new business across the Emilia Romagna region by identifying and engaging prospective customers.
• Build and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Expand the company footprint within existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and negotiation to final closure.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver customer-focused proposals, RFP responses, and statements of work.
• Collaborate with channel partners to strengthen market presence and accelerate regional growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technology sales, ideally within cybersecurity, networking, or adjacent IT sectors.
• Strong regional knowledge of the Emilia Romagna market, including customers and partners.
• Technical knowledge of firewalls, VPN, antivirus, IDS, and IPS solutions.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
