Focus on uncovering security leaders' priorities, delivering outcome-based demos with Solutions Engineers, and collaborating with partners to drive joint wins and accurate revenue forecasting.

What you will do

  • Own a region and build a pipeline of high-value opportunities across largest strategic accounts
  • Orchestrate strategic account plans including consultative sales from prospecting through close
  • Uncover security leaders' priorities and demonstrate how hirify.global reduces risk faster
  • Partner with Solutions Engineer for compelling demos and value stories to CISOs and teams
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams for joint wins and customer success
  • Contribute to go-to-market feedback and maintain accurate revenue forecasts

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Strategic Account sales
  • Understanding of account planning and opportunity prioritization in territory
  • Ability to navigate complex sales with multiple stakeholders
  • Exposure to MEDDICCC and/or Command of the Message
  • Foundational value-based selling and business outcome positioning
  • Strong relationships with CISOs in key accounts
  • Experience with channel partners or resellers
  • Track record of quota overachievement and closing high-impact deals
  • Extensive experience in Cyber domain
