Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy (Hybrid: 50% in office / 50% remote)

What you will do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, event recruitment, and strategic prospecting.
- Articulate the value of the AI security platform to senior decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and internal Account Executives.
- Execute sales plays and manage territory plans to drive business growth.
- Book direct meetings at customer sites and trade shows.
- Maintain accurate records and utilize sales tools to track progress against KPIs.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level required).
- Proven experience in cold calling and handling objections.
- Strong ability to analyze account data and execute territory plans.
- Proficiency in sales tools including Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in the Milan office.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
