What you will do
- Develop and execute channel revenue plans for strategic partners to meet growth targets.
- Align partner engagement strategies with internal sales leadership, field sales, and marketing teams.
- Coordinate training on new products and business processes to improve partner self-sufficiency.
- Drive joint opportunity development through account mapping and marketing program execution.
- Manage deal registration, forecasting, and pipeline health with assigned partners.
- Utilize AI-enabled workflows to enhance account research, proposal drafting, and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of technology vendor experience in channel sales or business development.
- Proven track record in networking and security sales.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate sales productivity and decision support.
- Experience with Salesforce and established sales processes.
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan and able to work in a hybrid environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS or Managed Services (MSP/MSSP) sales.
- Existing network of customers and strategic partners within the Japanese market.
