Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute channel revenue plans for strategic partners to meet growth targets.
  • Align partner engagement strategies with internal sales leadership, field sales, and marketing teams.
  • Coordinate training on new products and business processes to improve partner self-sufficiency.
  • Drive joint opportunity development through account mapping and marketing program execution.
  • Manage deal registration, forecasting, and pipeline health with assigned partners.
  • Utilize AI-enabled workflows to enhance account research, proposal drafting, and competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of technology vendor experience in channel sales or business development.
  • Proven track record in networking and security sales.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate sales productivity and decision support.
  • Experience with Salesforce and established sales processes.
  • Must be based in Tokyo, Japan and able to work in a hybrid environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SaaS or Managed Services (MSP/MSSP) sales.
  • Existing network of customers and strategic partners within the Japanese market.
