Customer Success Manager DACH (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, but must be based in Germany with availability for frequent travel within the country (up to 25%)

What you will do

• Act as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of high-volume accounts in the DACH region.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with executive and C-level stakeholders.
• Take ownership of commercial activities, including forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
• Identify growth and sales opportunities within assigned accounts to expand the business.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Technical teams to ensure high client engagement.
• Manage customer queries and maintain accurate activity data within the CRM platform.

Requirements

• Based in Germany.
• Native-level German and high-level English proficiency.
• 4+ years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in a global organization.
• Direct experience working within a Cybersecurity company (startup experience preferred).
• Strong track record in managing renewals and executive relationship management.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at the C-level.

Nice to have

• Professional working proficiency in Polish (spoken and written).
• BA/BSc degree.
