TL;DR

Senior Enterprise Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving new cybersecurity business and expanding existing accounts across multiple vertical markets in Austria with an accent on executive-level relationship building and SaaS value selling. Focus on penetrating new enterprise logos, leveraging channel partnerships, and delivering complex high-value business opportunities.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Austria)

What you will do

  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships at the executive level (C-level) within large enterprises with 2,500+ users.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expand the footprint within existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling of the hirify.global Platform.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with System Engineers.
  • Partner with the channel ecosystem to gain access to new enterprise accounts.
  • Deliver operational excellence through accurate forecasting and pipeline generation.
  • Promote the company's value proposition to become a trusted advisor for cybersecurity and information protection.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a technology sales professional with a focus on SaaS value-based technologies.
  • Track record of over-achieving targets and closing complex, high-value business opportunities.
  • Experience in executive value selling (CISO, CIO, CMO).
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, TAS, or Command of the Message.
  • Fluent English and German (local regional language) are required.
  • Must be based in Austria.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience within the Cybersecurity industry.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
