Logistics Fleet Account Manager (Tires)

What you will do

• Develop new business with mid-size fleet customers through customer visits and targeted acquisition.
• Coordinate customized business schemes with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and logistics teams.
• Assess fleet customer needs, collect market and sales data, and prepare competitive tender submissions.
• Communicate and negotiate with fleet customer stakeholders and present bids to fleet leadership.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales planning and execution.
• Build relationships with senior leaders at key accounts to promote hirify.global products and increase market share.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the tire or related spare parts industry.
• Strong communication, teamwork, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience managing a sales team.
