Salary: $188,000 - $258,500 USD (San Francisco, New York City, Seattle) or $164,000 - $225,500 USD (All other US Locations)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership.
  • Design and scale core reporting infrastructure to reduce manual reporting time.
  • Deliver quarterly, high-impact insights and recommendations for leadership decisions.
  • Design, implement, or optimize measurement frameworks for core Go-To-Market processes.
  • Improve revenue data quality and reliability by proactively resolving systemic data gaps.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience working in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, or a related function.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Reports & Dashboards), Looker, Google Sheets, and Snowflake.
  • Proven ability to independently build and own sales forecasting, capacity, demand, and activity models.
  • Strong command of SQL and ETL / rETL best practices, with experience modeling complex datasets.
  • Exceptional communication and data visualization skills to convey insights to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science, and Finance.
