TL;DR

Microsoft Modern Work & Security Presales Specialist (Sales/IT): Providing technical and consultative support for Microsoft Modern Work and Security solutions to enterprise clients with an accent on solution shaping, upselling, and cross-selling. Focus on building trust with stakeholders, managing Microsoft funding programs, and delivering business-relevant technical guidance.

Location: Must be based in Riga, Latvia. Work arrangement: Hybrid (4 days onsite). Valid working visa for Latvia required.

Salary: 3000–3500 EUR per month.

What you will do

  • Support the sales team with technical and consultative expertise in Microsoft Modern Work and Security solutions.
  • Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and project discussions to provide technical guidance.
  • Contribute to upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs.
  • Apply Microsoft funding programs to customer scenarios and qualify pipeline opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and solutions.
  • Proactively share updates on Microsoft information and product developments with the team.

Requirements

  • Professional level of Latvian and English (written and spoken).
  • Technical knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically security and modern workplace solutions.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles working with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Riga, Latvia.
  • Valid working visa for Latvia.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently.
